Jasmine Lewis | Founder & CEO, Vie Beauty 

Jasmine Lewis is the founder and CEO of Vie Beauty, a skincare brand dedicated to strengthening the skin, restoring its natural balance, and enhancing hydration and barrier repair for dry, sensitized, and dehydrated skin. Inspired by art, science, and beauty, she merges creativity with expertise as an esthetician to craft results-driven, luxurious skincare solutions. A licensed esthetician since 2016, her journey into beauty was shaped by personal experiences and the legacy of her grandmothers, fueling her mission to make nourishing skincare and education accessible and inclusive. 

Since launching 30ROSES Hydrating Rose Water, Vie Beauty has been at the forefront of beauty conversations, becoming a favorite of Mariah Carey and earning features in Essence, British Vogue, Marie Claire, Self, Hello Beautiful, Black Bride, CNN Underscored, KTLA, and Fox 5 Atlanta.

A STEM advocate, Jasmine’s background in research and healthcare technology allows her to bridge science and beauty, ensuring her products deliver both efficacy and elegance. She has collaborated with Kendra Scott since 2019, leading initiatives that merge beauty, philanthropy, and empowerment. Committed to community, she partners with local organizations and spearheads the annual Galentine’s Day Party in collaboration with Atlanta Mission to give back and uplift women in need. 

As an educator, strategist, and advocate for beauty equity, Jasmine has led educational sessions with Sephora and Atlanta Mission and played a pivotal role in fostering innovation, sustainability, and community impact. A recipient of the Eagle Award from the Charge Up Campaign, she continues to push boundaries—scaling her brand, expanding wellness partnerships, and shaping the future of beauty.

 

Amanda Young  | Marketing & Philanthropic Manager, Kendra Scott

Amanda Young has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Florida. With experience in various roles such as Sales Associate, Sales Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Actor, Amanda has showcased their skills in planning and executing events, establishing partnerships, and driving revenue. Currently working as a Marketing & Philanthropic Manager at Kendra Scott, Amanda is involved in various committees and plays a key role in increasing brand awareness and sales goals.

 

Aeshia DeVore Branch | Founder & CEO, Pretty Girls Sweat 

Aeshia DeVore Branch is the founder and CEO of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT, a Black female-owned wellness brand empowering women to make fitness fun, accessible, and affordable. A passionate entrepreneur, Aeshia built the company from the ground up, combining her experience as a former high school athlete and award-winning TV producer. Since 2011, she has partnered with iconic brands like adidas, Aquafina, Banana Republic, Disney, Essence, New Balance, and Nike, bringing her mission to life.

A proud mom of three daughters, wife, and New York native, Aeshia’s work has been featured on ABC, SiriusXM, Shape Magazine, PopSugar, Create & Cultivate, and Ulta's Muse 100.

Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT develops innovative events, engaging content, and products that inspire women to prioritize wellness. A portion of profits supports SWEAT MAKES CENTS, the brand’s nonprofit arm, which trains health leaders at 30+ college campuses to combat childhood obesity for future generations.


Olivia Hancock | Senior Beauty Editor, Byrdie & Founder, The Hue Report

Olivia Hancock is a beauty journalist and podcast host. She fell in love with journalism as a young girl growing up in Connecticut, where she spent countless hours writing stories and flipping through magazines. Olivia began gaining editorial experience as a teen by writing for publications, including Pretty Girls Sweat, Her Campus, and xoNecole.

In her current role as senior beauty editor at Byrdie, Olivia covers trending beauty stories, reviews the buzziest products, and celebrates diverse voices in beauty. She has interviewed some of Hollywood's biggest names throughout her career, including Yara Shahidi, Kelly Rowland, Alicia Keys, Serena Williams, Ciara, Kerry Washington, and more. In addition to her editorial work, Olivia hosts a podcast called The Hue Report, which focuses on the Black beauty industry.


Brittany Bell | Founder, Investor and Creator, Doorbells and Bell Acquisitions

Brittany Bell is a real estate investor, capital raiser, and founder of Bell Acquisitions and Doorbells, a private credit fund focused on scaling impact driven real estate investments. She has built a $19.4M+ portfolio and manages over 140 doors alongside a women led team, with a vision to grow to 1,000+ units by 2027 while expanding access to wealth building opportunities.

Her mission is simple: normalize women owning assets, raising capital, and building generational wealth. Through her platform, Brittany educates, connects, and opens doors for women ready to step into leadership, ownership, and long term financial power.
